A l\u00e9trej\u00f6v\u0151 eredm\u00e9nyek megalapozz\u00e1k \u00e9s ir\u00e1nymutat\u00e1st ny\u00fajtanak a <strong>n\u00e9gy szerepl\u0151s<\/strong> (k\u00f6zszf\u00e9ra, piaci szf\u00e9ra, tudom\u00e1nyos szf\u00e9ra, civil szektor) <strong>partners\u00e9gi fejleszt\u00e9sekhez<\/strong>, egy\u00fcttm\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9sekhez. \u00a0<\/p><p>A projekt k\u00eds\u00e9rleti (pilot) alapon nyugv\u00f3 transznacion\u00e1lis jelleg\u0171, egym\u00e1st\u00f3l val\u00f3 tanul\u00e1si folyamatot alkalmaz \u00e9s v\u00e9g\u00fcl egy, a <strong>Duna R\u00e9gi\u00f3ban \u00e1ltal\u00e1nosan alkalmazhat\u00f3, agilis k\u00eds\u00e9rleti modellt fejleszt ki az okos megold\u00e1sokat szolg\u00e1ltat\u00f3 gazdas\u00e1gi szerepl\u0151k (els\u0151sorban kkv-k) \u00e9s a megrendel\u0151k\u00e9nt funkcion\u00e1l\u00f3 telep\u00fcl\u00e9si \u00f6nkorm\u00e1nyzatok<\/strong> r\u00e9sz\u00e9re, valamint t\u00e1mogatja azok innov\u00e1ci\u00f3s partners\u00e9gi egy\u00fcttm\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9s\u00e9t nemzeti \u00e9s region\u00e1lis szinteken.<\/p><p>Az egy\u00fcttm\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9s szakmai h\u00e1tter\u00e9t egy kor\u00e1bban Finnorsz\u00e1gban kifejlesztett \u00e9s v\u00e9grehajtott m\u00f3dszertan ny\u00fajtja, amelynek l\u00e9nyege, hogy <strong>agilis pilot m\u00f3dszertan<\/strong> alkalmaz\u00e1s\u00e1val sor ker\u00fcl <strong>intelligens v\u00e1rosi innov\u00e1ci\u00f3s fejleszt\u00e9sek k\u00eds\u00e9rleti tesztel\u00e9s\u00e9re<\/strong>. A m\u00f3dszer l\u00e9nyege, hogy <strong>bonyolult k\u00f6zbeszerz\u00e9sekt\u0151l f\u00fcggetlen \u00faton<\/strong>, el\u0151re meghat\u00e1rozott k\u00f6lts\u00e9gkeret ment\u00e9n biztos\u00edtja <strong>\u00faj okos v\u00e1ros megold\u00e1sok gyors megval\u00f3s\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1t \u00e9s tesztel\u00e9s\u00e9t, a v\u00e1rosok gyakorlati m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9s\u00e9hez kapcsol\u00f3d\u00f3an<\/strong>.<\/p><p>A projekt keret\u00e9ben a <strong>Magyarorsz\u00e1gon r\u00e9sztvev\u0151 telep\u00fcl\u00e9seken megval\u00f3s\u00edt\u00e1sra ker\u00fclnek a ny\u00edlt verseny keret\u00e9ben kiv\u00e1lasztott innov\u00e1ci\u00f3s projekt\u00f6tletek<\/strong>. This gives cities a key significance when addressing current global challenges and assuring individual and collective well-being. Innovative solutions and technologies are vital components of the needed transition of European cities to liveable, sustainable and efficiently organised places \u2013 in one term Smart Cities (SC).<\/p><p>However, the implementation of innovations faces numerous obstacles, especially at the crucial municipal level, where the complexity of Smart City concepts contrasts with a lack of know-how and adequate resources. In the Danube Region, this disproportion is further amplified by the fragmentation of local government. This results in a low ability and willingness of municipalities to become early adopters of innovations, slowing down not only their own development but also the uptake, upscaling and internationalization of innovative solutions.<\/p><p>Main challenges shared across the Danube Region are financing, public procurement and a lack of access to expertise. These result in a low willingness of municipalities to become early adopters of innovation, and thus in a slow pace of the uptake, upscaling and internationalization of new solutions.<\/p><p>As a consequence, innovative Smart City businesses, especially SMEs and start-ups, have problems to reach their natural market, which negatively affects their competitiveness. This ecosystem problem, identified by the consortium, is based on inefficient cooperation among stakeholders and lack of processes and stable support mechanisms.<\/p><p>To stimulate the uptake and upscaling of Smart City innovations, the project aims to lay foundations and provide guidelines for more efficient quadruple helix collaboration, using the Finland-inspired method of agile piloting as a central instrument.<\/p><p>Agile piloting is a compact and flexible approach designed to facilitate innovation partnerships between businesses and municipalities based on pilot experiments in real urban living-lab environments. Offering an all-win scenario, the method motivates diverse stakeholder groups to engage in co-creation and develop synergies.<\/p><p>The project aims to improve the state of affairs by laying foundations and creating guidelines for national ecosystems that will promote the adoption of SC innovations and support their local and international uptake. The core of such ecosystems is a support mechanism for agile piloting that will motivate municipalities to become testbeds (living labs) for new technologies. The ultimate goal is bridging the gap between SC solutions providers (mostly SMEs) and municipalities as their natural market, thus minimising the time span between a minimum viable product and an implemented, scalable solution.<\/p><p>Due to the complexity of innovation processes, SC challenges and municipal governance, the project responds through an unparalleled systemic coordination action that will join forces of various stakeholders along the quadruple helix.
